REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
ALL Deposits and Package payments are NON-refundable. Reservations can be transferred to another guest, but it is the responsibility of the guest canceling to provide the correct information to Carnival Crew for the transfer. A claim can also be placed with your travel insurance to reclaim lost funds. As a concierge company, we are not affiliated with the Carnival vendors or the experience. We pay the vendors a group rate to confirm rooms and transportation. All of these fees are non-refundable to us, and therefore cannot be refunded to you.
PRICING
All pricing is based on costs, including online processing fees, tariffs, taxes, charges, levies and exchange rates at the time of booking. Increases in any of these costs or charges may result in an increase in the price of your experience, which we will provide sufficient notice.
PAYMENTS
All deposits and package payments are non-refundable. Attempts of cancellations and refunds through Credit Card or PayPal claims will be subject to penalty fees
All payments will be invoiced on the 15th of each month, with a 5 day window for payment. All payments will be automatic (you will receive a Credit Card Authorization Form). Any late payments will be charged a $50 late fee.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel and travel medical insurance is highly recommended as we cannot be held responsible for any cancellation of flights or any acts that are beyond our reasonable control (i.e. making it commercially impossible or impractical to fulfill the obligations under the Agreement) including but not limited to terrorism, war, fire, blockade, strikes (excluding strikes by its own personnel), acts of God, government regulations, disaster, civil disorder or curtailment of transportation facilities, weather activities, disease, pandemic or epidemic or natural catastrophe.
Your policy must include the following coverages at a minimum.
(1) Emergency medical insurance abroad for a minimum of $25,000 USD
(2) Emergency medical evacuation for a minimum of $100,000 USD
(3) Repatriation of your body should you perish
